Christmas Banner with Baker Ross and BoBunny

I think this is my favourite project so far from my kit.  I paired Baker Ross hessian and bark stars with BoBunny's Tis the Season papers and Sizzix banner nesting dies.  I cut out my banners starting with hessian, then book paper, then some of the Tis the Season Snowflake paper.  I handout out a lot of the black and white pencil drawings from the Tis the Season papers and added them to my banner pieces, along with the letters for Noel.  I also added stickers and some little pearls made with graphite pearlescents and I used some of BoBunnys silver glitter paste to add a little sparkle too.

In-between the banners I added some bark stars - I just punched a hole in each corner, and then threaded the jute twine through.  I secured the stars and banners with tape so they hold in place.

Christmas Cards with Baker Ross

I like a quick to put together Christmas Card as you end up making so many, so I've used some designs that are easy to put together and you can make in bulk.  For my first I used some of the Baker Ross green coloured card and punched out several snowflakes, I then glued them in a circle to make a wreath, adding a little bow at the top and a stamped (BoBunny) Christmas sentiment.

For my next card I used some adhesive felt, and hand cut out some mittens, I drew on the washing line and then stuck on the mittens with my sentiment and a sequin snowflake.

For the final card, again the basic shapes hand cut from adhesive felt and then a few golden sequins added along with my sentiment.

I'll be back tomorrow with some more Christmas goodness too.

Christmas with Baker Ross

I got sent a beautiful pack of Baker Ross Christmas goodies and made some decorations.

I started with these beautiful bark stars - they are so beautiful...I didn't really do too much to them, I punched a hole in the top using my big bite and then threaded some twine through them for a rustic look.

I then set to work on the craft baubles, I used old book print to decoupage onto the brown base and then decorated them with a little glitter.  I also added some ribbon around the centre of one too.

I also used the jute twine and wrapped it around one of the baubles - I used a glue gun and carefully layered it up, then adding some ribbon around the centre.

They are all quick and easy to make and you could use them to embellish gifts as well as hang on your tree.
